Use one ball on its own or two together. That adds up to nine possible weight combinations, so you can step the load up as your muscles get used to the work.
The balls are satin smooth and finished with Ultrasilk. Each one is made of Puria Platinum-Cured Silicone and contains no fragrances, phthalates, paraffins or latex.
