They come in one size and are washable and reusable, with a middle clasp that connects the two sides after you press each one into place. The adhesive is sweatproof.
To take them off, peel gently away from the skin until they come loose.
Dirty pasties won't stick, so hand wash them with mild soap and water to lift oils and residue. Skip harsh cleaners, alcohol and the washing machine. Let them air dry adhesive side up on a counter or towel, then store them in a cool, dry spot to keep their shape.
