Everyone starts with a SWEAR WORD card of their own plus a pile of FOUL MOUTH cards. Turn by turn you flip from your stack onto the table, and the tension builds until a match lands. Then those two players go head to head, each trying to shout the other's SWEAR WORD first.
Whoever loses that face-off picks up the FOUL MOUTH stack in front of the winner, along with their own cards. Play keeps moving at a fast clip until someone lays down their last FOUL MOUTH card and takes it.
