Optional positioning bars do the real work of arranging the body. Prop up the booty, feet or chin with them one minute, then use the same bars to press the head, shoulders and waist down the next. The front entrance bars pinch the head between silicone padding, which leaves the mouth positioned for force feeding. You pick the pose. Restraints aren't included, so bring your own to finish the look.
