Fantasy For Her Kegel Train-Her Weighted Silicone Kegel Exerciser Set

A few weeks in, she noticed the difference. What started with the lightest kegel train-her had grown into a routine she actually looked forward to, and the heaviest weight no longer felt like a challenge.

Inserting something weighted had made her nervous at first. That worry faded fast. Placed near her opening, the soft silicone slid in easily, and she liked the full feeling it gave her along with the dampness that sometimes showed up while she wore it.

Soon she was reaching for the medium kegel train-her. She wore it for about half an hour at a time, scattered through the week: right after her shower, while she shopped, during work, and even through a yoga class where each new pose shifted it inside her.

By day 14 of her kegel workout, with the heaviest weighted version in place for the third time, her vaginal muscles felt noticeably stronger. Some sessions she inserted a weight and practiced squeezing. Others she simply held it and enjoyed the sensation.

That evening she planned to surprise her partner with the new sensations her kegel train-her set had helped her build, and with the confidence that came with it. Toned, tight, and keeping up a workout she liked.

It's all about Her.
